At Kairos, we offer multiple training formats tailored to your clinic’s goals, learning environment, and level of hands-on experience. All programs are led by Taylor Siemens, NP and are built to strengthen clinical confidence, elevate outcomes, streamline treatment planning, and improve long-term patient retention.
Whether you want Taylor to train inside your practice, prefer to observe real-world cases, or need a full-team workshop, Kairos provides a training experience grounded in safety, intentionality, and proven clinical strategy.

Private Training External
We travel to you for fully customized hand-on training inside your own facility.
Who it’s for:
Practices that want fully customized, hands-on training for their clinical team inside their own facility.
Structure:
Taylor travels to the practice and provides a full day of hands-on training for the clinic's injectors and/or laser providers.
What’s included:
Full day of customized training based on clinic goals
Hands-on treatment with clinic-provided models
Protocols, safety guidelines, and treatment planning workshops
Certificates upon completion
Pricing:
$5,500 per day + travel + lodging
Private Training Internal
Perfect for those who want to focus on learning without needing to provide the models and equiptment.
Who it’s for:
Clinics that want a focused learning environment without needing to provide patients, models, or equipment.
Structure:
The visiting clinic comes to Kairos for a full observation day. Taylor treats scheduled models while attendees observe and participate in treatment planning and protocol discussions.
What’s included:
Full day of live treatment observation
Technique and protocol breakdowns
Q&A, safety reviews, and clinical decision-making insight
Treatment planning tools and worksheets
Pricing:
$6,500 per day
(Up to 3 attendees from the same practice)
Add-on attendees: $1,500 per attendee
Hosted Group Training
High-impact workshop where your team trains hands-on and observe.
Who it’s for:
Practices wanting to host a high-impact workshop where their team trains hands-on and outside clinicians may observe.
Structure:
Taylor travels to the host clinic. The host clinic’s clinicians receive hands-on training while external attendees observe the full training day.
What’s included:
Full day of hands-on training for the host clinic’s team
Supervised live model treatments
Observer access for outside attendees (no hands-on)
Worksheets, protocols, and training materials
Pricing:
$6,500 base fee + travel + lodging
(Includes up to 4 clinicians from host clinic)
Additional external observers: $1,500 per attendee
Shadowing at Kairos
Clinicians who want to learn everything from treatment planning to real-time clinical decision-making.
Who it’s for:
Clinicians who want to learn treatment planning, photography, charting, consultation flow, and real-time clinical decision-making — without hands-on.
Structure:
Clinician(s) join Taylor in a normal clinic day, observing live patient care from start to finish.
What’s included:
Full day of passive observation
Discussion during and between appointments
Insight into workflow, treatment planning, communication, and clinic leadership
Pricing:
$2,500 per attendee (full day)
$2,000 each if two clinicians come together
Notes for All Training Formats
To protect training safety and flow:
• External attendees never perform hands-on treatments
• Model consents must be completed using Kairos consent language
• All hands-on training is supervised 1:1 for safety
